Northern Light announces intention to achieve OHSAS 18001 Accreditation

Following on from the company's ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 accreditations, Northern Light has now commenced work towards the achievement of OHSAS 18001 accreditation.

With a provisional first stage audit date in November 2011, Northern Light hopes to add to its accreditations in quality and environmental management systems with the internationally recognised standard for health and safety management systems.

The achievement of OHSAS 18001 will further increase the company's bank of accreditations - including Achilles Building Confidence, CHAS and Investors in People - as well as improving operational processes and procedures.
